1. Acceptable Uses
The following activities are encouraged and permitted on the platform:
Campaign Participation
- Submitting original clips from TikTok and Instagram to brand campaigns
- Tracking your clip performance (views, likes, comments, shares)
- Earning payouts based on genuine content performance
- Following campaign-specific guidelines and requirements
Account Management
- Connecting and verifying your social media accounts
- Updating your profile and payment information
- Requesting payouts via PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Crypto
- Managing your notification preferences
Brand Activities
- Creating campaigns with budgets and performance-based rates
- Reviewing and managing clip submissions
- Tracking campaign performance and budget usage
- Communicating with creators through the platform
Platform Features
- Using the support ticket system for help
- Submitting bug reports with relevant details
- Requesting new features
- Receiving real-time notifications about your submissions
2. Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in enforcement action:
Fraud & Manipulation
- Viewbotting or artificially inflating views, likes, or engagement
- Purchasing fake followers or engagement
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits
- Submitting the same content URL to bypass duplicate detection
- Manipulating social account verification (faking bio codes)
Content Violations
- Submitting content you do not own or have rights to
- Uploading illegal, harmful, or explicit material
- Promoting violence, hate speech, or harassment
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
Platform Abuse
- Attempting unauthorized access to other accounts or admin features
- Circumventing rate limits (login, submission, payout, API)
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or automating the platform
- Interfering with fraud detection or verification systems
System Misuse
- Abusing the support ticket system with spam or false reports
- Submitting fraudulent bug reports or feature requests
- Reselling or redistributing platform services
- Using the platform for competitive intelligence
3. Rate Limits
The following rate limits are enforced to maintain platform stability and fairness:
Enforced Limits
- Login attempts: 5 per minute
- Clip submissions: 10 per hour
- Payout requests: 3 per hour
- General API requests: 100 per minute
- Social account verification: limited attempts with lockout periods
4. Enforcement
Violations are handled through a range of enforcement actions:
Enforcement Actions
- Submission rejection with admin notes
- Temporary lockout from verification or submissions
- Forfeiture of pending and earned payouts
- Permanent account termination with full data deletion
- Rejected content URLs are tracked to prevent resubmission
Reporting & Appeals
- Report violations to support@clippo.media
- Use the support ticket system for appeals
- Include detailed information and evidence
- Appeals are reviewed by admins — decisions are final
